PAYMENTS: 

Baangdoo accepts payments through Debit Cards, Credit Cards, NetBanking, and Wallets.

SHIPPING: 

Baangdoo offers shipping to cities across India. Orders are typically delivered within 7-8 working days. Customers are responsible for any import duties imposed on their orders.

Once your Baangdoo.com order is dispatched, it will be sent to the address provided during the order placement. If your order cannot be received or picked up after three delivery attempts by the courier, it will be returned to our warehouse.

Refunds will not be initiated for Return to Origin (RTO) orders. You can request us to re-ship the order to a new, accurate address with updated contact details. We will reship the order on the next working day.

RETURNS: 

Baangdoo offers a replacement guarantee solely for damaged or defective products. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at contact@baangdoo.com within three days of receiving your order to initiate a replacement request. We will provide a designated shipping address for you to return the product. Once we receive the returned order, Baangdoo will dispatch a replacement promptly.

Please note that we only facilitate product exchanges in cases where customers have ordered the correct items.

We want to inform you that color variations may occur due to differences in display settings. Your screen’s brightness, contrast, and resolution can influence the product’s perceived color.

Return or exchange requests will not apply if the customer dislikes the product or the wrong product was ordered.

Conditions for Replacement or Refund: 

To be eligible for free replacement, return, or refund, the buyer must provide an authenticated unboxing video that supports their claim. A replacement claim will only be entertained with an unboxing video.

Free replacements or refunds can be requested if the following conditions are met:

  • Physically damaged item upon receipt (supported by an unboxing video).
  • Missing parts or accessories (supported by an unboxing video).
  • The item received differs from the description on the product detail page on Baangdoo.com.
  • The defective item that does not function properly (supported by an unboxing video).
